IGNORANT EYES
Ignorant eyes, despising my glance
Sighting a barrier,
a glassy barrier to which they are blind,
a despotising sharp film barrier through which I cannot
pierce.
Her two-way mirror returns only her reflection
as my wobbling photo lingers on her eyes from outside,
her eyes, imprisoned
eyes, distorting reality,
eyes, wrenching, tearing this bleeding red vessel.
Dead now - dead always to her.
