Together Someday

We shall meet someday

 There in the above.

There I will say.

 “I spent my days in thy love”.

With smile you‘ll greet me

 And with happiness I’ll fly’

For being beside thee

 Makes me eager to die.  

I’m all alone

I’m all alone here in the dark

No love, no smile, and nothing can spark.

I’m left alone without my love

No one cares for me but a lovely dove.

Sadly she sings her mourning song,

Telling me that I was wrong

I shouldn’t leave my love and go,

I should’ve wait and break the snow.

But I choose to escape and run away,

How painful, tough was that day.

I said “I’m leaving” don’t know why.

With a broken heart and a tearful eye,

He’s gone and sure will never come back,

Leaving me all alone here in the dark.
